Hi Ingo and Wendy,
Sorry this is a little late, but I was determined to drop you a line to tell you how grateful we both were for organising a truly fantastic trip to South Africa for us.
The Hotels along the Garden route were delightful and the cycling itself although challenging in parts was pitched perfectly. Rachael had brilliant support from Ingo and John and at the end there was a real sense of achievement. We entered the Cape Town Cycle Tour with a degree of trepidation but in the end the day was one of the most enjoyable and memorable we have ever had. Cape Town itself was stunning.
I also want to thank you for the add-ons that you kindly arranged which all ran like clockwork despite the added complexities of the bike boxes! The Spier Hotel was great, and the Wine Hopper day was excellent. Your choice of Shindzela Safari camp was inspired. The manager at airport in Kruger knew about us and was happy to store the bikes. Our Safari experience was nothing short of incredible.
We have done a lot of travelling over the last twenty years and I have to say this is the most well organised holiday we have ever had. I can’t thank you enough and congratulate Equatours for doing such a brilliant job with such a fantastic trip.
