WHY CAN’T I BOOK MY EQUATOURS HOLIDAY ONLINE?

 


As tailor-made travel specialists, Equatours does not offer pre-packaged holidays. We pride ourselves on creating bespoke holidays that meet our client’s individual needs, and this is not achievable with an automated online system.

 

To offer you a personalised service, we prefer to communicate directly by telephone or email. You’ll speak to the same travel consultant throughout, and all our quotations are obligation-free.

 

WHERE DO I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT VISAS AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS?

DOES EQUATOURS CHARGE CREDIT CARD FEES?

 


No. Equatours does not charge for credit card payments. The price listed on your Travel Confirmation Invoice is the price you pay.

 

DOES EQUATOURS OFFER GROUP TRAVEL?

 


Yes. In fact, group travel is one of our specialities. We cater for corporate groups, destination wedding groups, team-building groups, family groups, sports club groups, and more. 

 


IS MY EQUATOURS HOLIDAY FINANCIALLY PROTECTED?

 


Yes! Equatours is a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA) and all monies paid to the company are 100% financially protected by the TTA. You’ll receive a certificate confirming this at the time of booking.

 

Equatours also holds ATOL Licence T7432 and all flight-inclusive package holidays departing from the UK are ATOL protected. 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS?

 


You will receive a Travel Itinerary, Travel Confirmation Invoice, TTA Financial Security Certificate, and ATOL Certificate (if applicable) at the time of booking. All other travel documents such as flight e-tickets and hotel vouchers will be issued approximately 21-days prior to departure. Equatours practices sustainability and is a paper-free environment. All travel documents are issued electronically by email.


DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

 


Yes. All Equatours guests must have travel insurance and we recommend you take out a travel insurance policy when confirming your booking with us.  While we do not offer travel insurance, we are happy to recommend providers for specific types of holidays. Please contact us for further information.

HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH EQUATOURS WHILE I AM AWAY?


You will be given a UK contact number prior to departure, which is available 24/7. Your Equatours Travel Consultant will be with you every step of the way (virtually) and we have established partners in all the countries we promote to assist you onsite if needed.

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY EQUATOURS HOLIDAY?

 


You can pay for your holiday by VISA Card, Mastercard, or Bank Transfer. We will provide you with a payment schedule at the time of booking. Split payments available upon request.
