How to book

Your 5-Step Guide to booking a holiday with Equatours.

At Equatours, we believe booking your dream holiday or business travel arrangements should be a quick and easy process. We have therefore broken our booking procedure down into a simple five-step guide:

Step One

Browse our itineraries and request a call back from one of our destination specialists or call us on (+44) 020 32393235.

Alternatively, fill out our Tailor Made Travel Request form with as many details as possible.

Step Two

A member of the Equatours team will contact you by telephone or email, to discuss your travel plans in more detail and provide you with up-to-date information on every aspect of your trip.

Step Three

After discussing your holiday plans and requirements, we will send you a detailed itinerary and confirm the total price of you trip. Once you are completely satisfied with the arrangements we will ask you to pay a deposit and we will confirm all your travel plans in accordance with our booking terms and conditions.

Step Four

10 weeks prior to departure, we will contact you to arrange your balance payment, and answer any further queries or questions you may have regarding your holiday/business trip.

Step Five

Approximately four weeks before departure, we will forward your E-Travel Portfolio complete with your e-tickets, hotel vouchers, car vouchers, a detailed travel itinerary, and any other travel documents pertaining to your trip.

All travel arrangements booked through Equatours are 100% financially protected.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all Equatours passengers have adequate travel insurance to cover their entire trip.

Depending on the policy you choose, this will cover pre-departure cancellation (if you become ill or have an accident, which prevents you from travelling), personal belongings, delays, personal liabilities, overseas health care and/or legal expenses and cancellation.

While we are unable to provide specific advice on travel insurance, we recommend you speak to Cover More or to your own travel insurance provider for further information.
